PA, HR, Team Administrator, Location: Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Job Type: Full-Time. Are you proud of your Administration ability and are really on the ball, logging and recording everything as a matter of course, having a spreadsheet constantly updated and upgraded with your progress. The role really supports many department's and the main function will be to provide administrative support to several areas of the business including be not limited to Transport, HR, Operations, Sales and Senior Management. You must be happy to work from 10-7pm when you cover for the MD's PA's absence and holidays. Normal hours are 9-5pm.

Key Requirements: Excellent attention to detail. Good IT skills including the use of Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills. Good numeracy skills. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Good team worker, capable of working to tight deadlines. Proactive and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities HR: Maintain all appropriate HR filing systems including personal files as requested by the HR department. Administration of the recruitment process. E.g. arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms, filing CV’s & applications, etc. Create HR reports & statistics for management as required.

Senior Management: Provide ad-hoc secretarial & PA support to the MD. Diary Management. Any other ad-hoc duties requested by senior managemen. Salary: R11000
