Location: Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. Experienced call centre supervisor required for a well established law firm based in Umhlanga. No chancers please you must be experienced and available to start mid September 2019.

Requirements are as follows: sound knowledgeable of collection techniques, must have leadership abilities, and must be able to work unsupervised, we need someone responsible who is also proactive. You must poses good time management skills, you must have a sound knowledge of excel, be able to present to our clients and liaise with them in a professional manner.
