About The Role: Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Scheduler to work within our West Therapy Support Team. The Scheduler will liaise directly with customers to book, confirm, cancel and reschedule therapy appointments and resources, including cars, rooms, and therapy resources. One Full Time Fixed Term & one Part Time Fixed Term role available.

About You: This is a Customer Service Role. You enjoy: interacting with a diverse range of customers in person, by phone, text and email; working as part of a busy support team pay attention to detail and ensure information is recorded and conveyed in a timely and accurate manner helping people, and care about providing an excellent customer experience
