Scheduler - Aged Care – Jolimont, Berrington Care Group, Perth, CBD, Inner & Western Suburbs, Berrington Care Group. Permanent Full Time Role -  Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Jolimont location & Parking Available.

Berrington Care Group is a leader within the Aged Care sector, based in Jolimont & Como. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to become an integral part of the team as a Scheduler situated at the centrally located 5 star Jolimont facility. 

This is a Permanent Full Time role, working in the Human Resources department with a dynamic and supportive team where you will be constantly busy and responsible for a myriad of tasks some of which will include; Managing rosters to meet the two sites requirements on a fortnightly basis. Creating staffing solutions and scheduling approved leave and training. Identify recruitment needs and liaising with Human Resources. Liaising effectively with staff regarding scheduling matters. Coordinating departmental staffing. Identifying areas to meet continuous improvement. Managing staff entitlements. Producing weekly reports/checking time comparisons. Allocating staff resources effectively. Related administrative duties.

To be successful in this role it is imperative that you possess strong proven experience in a similar role with prior experience within Aged Care, a definite advantage. Your exceptional organisational skills will be essential, coupled with excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills and planning.
