Administrative Assistant / Office Manager Required, We are currently seeking a Casual Office Manager / Assistant to help our accounting practice on mon, wed and fri mornings for approx 3 hours each morning at our Macgregor Office. We can be flexible with start times and will provide you with parking if required.
Able to Handle Client Queries professionally. Able to sell to clients confidently on the phone. Able to communicate on the phone and email and competently & efficiently manage CRM systems and other electronic systems with staff and clients. Use in a timely way Job Flow Management and timekeeping software to keep management up to date with progress of work.
Maintain customer files. Maintain Administrative Processes Including tidy office, stationery, postage, and banking, document administration and records. Assist the director manage accounts receivable, payable, and receipt processing. ALL Enquires By Email Only. Resume Cover letter which address the following questions (maximum 2 pages, 12 point font): Comment on your skill level with computers and technology, Word, Excel and the Internet, and your general organisational abilities.
