Council has a great opportunity for enthusiastic people with exceptional customer service skills to join our tourism team. The role will support the efficient operation of the Visitor Information Centres at Woodend and Kyneton, including the supervision of volunteer staff. The successful applicants will deliver outstanding visitor experience and will promote what our great region has to offer.

The position will primarily cover shifts on weekends and during staff leave, and will include staffing of the mobile visitor information booth at events. You can expect to be rostered on 3-6 days per month, as well as ad-hoc requests and to cover shifts as required.

Interviews will be conducted on Thursday 1 August at the Gisborne Administration Centre. Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email titled ‘Confirmation of Application’ which requires you to confirm your identity to finalise the process.
