What we are looking for We are seeking a dynamic recent  school leaver  who is quick at learning and driven to take their career to the next level. With our help we will get you set up for success and be the best in our growing business. Working in the customer service team you will exceed the service demands of our internal and external customers.

Main responsibilities: Inbound sales support – to existing and new customers. Problem solving and supplier relationship management. Counter service and sales. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate orders and deliveries.

Quoting and estimation: Flexibility to work Saturdays as required. Required Attributes and Experience: Strong willingness to learn. Experience in customer service or sales role. Highly organised, ability to multitask and work unsupervised. Positive attitude, highly motivated and team orientated. Interpersonal and relationship building skills. Excellent phone and communication skills. Advanced problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office advantageous. Experience with Pronto software advantageous.
