What you will achieve: As the first point of contact for a variety of clients and customers including students, staff, agencies and schools, you represent the University and uphold our reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and advice on application processes, pathways and entry requirements. Your knowledge of key legislation and your focus on application of policies, procedures and processes will ensure the advice you provide is accurate, timely and meets the customer needs the first time.  With an eye for continuous improvement you are able to improve processes to maintain high levels of service and accuracy.

What you can bring: Your highly polished communication style and track record of providing superior customer experiences will ensure your success in this varied and rewarding role.  Supporting our diverse customer base, you are comfortable working with complex corporate systems and databases including the provision of troubleshooting and reports. Your ability to participate as a valued member of the team as well as deliver individual outcomes will also be highly regarded.
