About the company: Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage 12 x Outbound Call Centre Officers. This position is located in their busy Kingscliff office for an initial 7 week contract.

About the Role: The Call Centre Officer is responsible for performing outbound phone calls to customers. The selected candidates will have experience in high volume customer service industry, both phone and email based.

Duties: Provide quality frontline customer service ensuring the provision of clear concise information. Undertake accurate and timely entry of all data. Undertake general office support. Assist customers with applications. Develop positive and collaborative working relationships. Pre-employment checks required: X2 Reference checks. WWCC and police check clearance required.
