Lead Qualifier (Stellenbosch), Cape Winelands, Job Type: Full-Time. We are an international company based in London looking for English speaking Lead Qualifiers that will be working out of Stellenbosch, Western Cape qualifying leads across the UK and the US.

We are offering an attractive basic with commission monthly. Great commission payouts as well as monthly incentives. We are looking for individuals that are very well spoken in the English language and that are a bit Tech savvy.

As a Lead Qualifier, you will be an integral part of ResponseiQ’s growth. This is a fully supported role with a huge amount of training, but you will also have the freedom to make the role your own. You are going to be quality checking all leads brought into the company in order for our Business Development Executives to have a higher success rate. If you’re a fast learner and work hard, you can make a lot in commission

Your role will be to reach out to cold clients using any means necessary. You will primarily be cold calling to ensure the right person is on the other end of the line, you’ll be on the phone a lot, so you can’t be shy. You will be managing your own leads on our CRM system and will need to have an excellent grasp of your own pipeline.

Requirements: LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is beneficial. Cold calling experience is a must. You will need to be friendly and approachable while still being slightly assertive. You will need to take initiative and think outside of the box.
