Location: Other, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. My client a 4 corporate hotel based in the northern suburbs seeks the services of a Front Office Shift Leader to join their team. Matric or Grade 12 and Hospitality Qualifications will be to your advantage. Minimum of 1 year in the above position or similar role is required and at least 2 years in hospitality management experience.
Shift Work is involved as well as Manager on Duty shifts. Own reliable vehicle and drivers licence mandatory to your advantage. Protel or Opera property management experience. Computer literate and excellent telephonic, verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Other languages will be to your advantage. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
Strategic planning, problem resolution, adaptability, training and compiling SOP’s and general management expertise. Ability to motivate, use initiative and positively influence people. Team player and guest service driven with a positive attitude. Financial acumen is required to audit, analyse reports, budgets, hotel figures Salary R9 000.00.
