Established over many years we are looking for a new manager to take control of a manageable portfolio. The successful applicant will be required to work independently in a businesslike manner attending to the day to day issues as they arise with assistance from a solid accounting department.

The duties will include but shall not be limited to the following:- The maintaining of a good strong working relationship with the complexes under your control. The preparation of the meeting agenda and annual reports together with the holding of meetings and the implementation of decisions made at those meetings. To hold phyisical meetings in the evenings as required. The successful applicant must display strong written and oral communication skills together with the ability to deal with both clients and contractors in a mature businesslike manner.
