About the Role: As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. Your role is to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. With strong retail leadership and inventory management skills, you will ensure that every customer experience is exceptional and that the store remains a hub for surf culture enthusiasts.
What You Will Do: Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and sales reporting. Leverage your passion for surfing and deep industry knowledge to engage customers and build brand loyalty. Stay current on surf trends, key figures, and sponsor relationships to enhance in-store promotions and marketing initiatives. Take initiative to identify and implement creative strategies that drive store performance and growth.
What You Will Bring: Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably within apparel or lifestyle sectors. A genuine passion for surfing with strong knowledge of the sport and its culture. Excellent inventory management skills and a results-driven mindset. Strong communication and team-building abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment while maintaining high service standards.
