Sydney Charity Advocate/Fundraiser, Adelaide Region, SA. National Cancer Foundation is a national charity, providing information to the public and providing accommodation for cancer patients and their families from rural and regional Australia. We have a position available for a motivated advocate to raise awareness and funds for our accommodation programmes.

Then we have the job for you! This position requires advocates to go door-to-door raising awareness in the community while also raising funds for accommodation for cancer patients and their families from remote and rural areas.

We also have a position working in shopping centres and high traffic areas, at one of our pre-booked awareness sites, doing the same work. We are based in Surry Hills, but our work is done throughout Sydney. We have offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide if you want to continue working for us interstate. We also have regular trips to Canberra.

The hours and number of days that you work are flexible and you may choose to work every day or just a few. We operate 7 days per week, although you can work as many or few as suits you.

It is essential that you have the following: Good English communication skills. Ability to relate to all types of people. Passion and drive to help raise funds. Friendly personality. In return for your work we offer a guaranteed minimum income, plus commission. Training and transport is provided. No experience necessary.
