Your new company: This union is seeking a records & administrative officer on a permanent basis. As a union they provide support and guidance to individuals in the workplace and ensure fairness and ethical treatment across the organisation.

Your new role: Records Management. Organising documents and managing duplicates. Implementation of procedures and processes. Updating spreadsheets. Maintaining destruction lists. Organising appointments. General team assistance to the industrial support team. What you'll need to succeed. Previous experience within records management. Excellent attention to detail. High level of organisation skills. Demonstration of initiative and ownership. Excellent communication skills and a team player
