Location: Foreshore, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. A small independent Asset Management company is looking to employ a Chartered Accountant with a keen interest in Fund Accounting.

Qualification and Skills required: Recently qualified CA. Interest in the Asset management industry. Computer Literacy (MS Office; Pastel; Excell).

Responsibility: Monthly management accounts. Preparation of invoices. Loading banking payments. SARS & Dept of Labour tax filings. Preparation of Companies Financial Statements. Daily and monthly fund accounting processes. Processing of trades. Opening new fund accounts. Liaise with the Compliance officer, FICA, Anti-money laundering. Office management. Retail and Private Clients interface.
