Receptionist Part Time, $52k + Super + Benefits pro rata, Established organisation offering career progression Inner city location

About the client: Based in Milton, this established not-for-profit are a leading accreditation provider with a strong reputation in their field. A vacancy currently exists for a Permanent Part Time Receptionist to join their highly motivated team working Monday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm and Wednesday 1-5pm.

About the role: This varied role will see the successful candidate reporting directly to the Corporate Service Manager working in a fast-paced environment, with an organisation who value their staff and offer career progression.

Daily responsibilities will include: Driving communication with internal staff and clients. Managing high volume incoming calls. Email and inbox management. Data entry and administrative support to the greater team. Ordering office consumables. Mail responsibilities. Facilities and maintenance support about you.

To be successful in this role you will have:  Previous Reception experience. Be professionally presented and spoken. Possess a confident telephone manner. The ability to pick up new systems quickly. Be highly motivated, adaptable and flexible. Possess a high attention to detail: Seeking a part time role with the capacity to cover planned leave.
