Responsible for creating spec, installing and maintaining Computer Systems, Telephone, Cameras and all electronic systems. Responsible for creating spec of software development in order to streamline processes and automate manual work, thus reducing the need for staff to perform certain functions To Train all staff for the use the electronic systems and equipment

To establish maintenance plans for all electronic equipment and ensure that the maintenance of all electronic equipment is performed according to the maintenance plan. To keep a good record of such maintenance. Develop company policy's on procedures Write policy documents Implement Policy. Maintain and audit staff for upholding company policy. Change company policy if the need arises, Prepare and get company to a level to achieve ISO standards. Company must be ready to apply for ISO accreditation within in 2 years. Maintain the ISO standards throughout the company. Responsible for yearly compliance audits. Prepare company to be compliant to all requirements of OHS act

Ensure that all staff comply to the requirements of the OHS at all times. Ensure that you are well informed of the changes and updates of the OHS act. Upholding of critical criteria i.r.o. of Boiler, Insurance, ASIB. Due the industrial aspect of the business, the company has certain requirements set aside by the regulatory authority. To implement, ensure that all staff are trained and uphold the performance by all to meet these requirements. Project and Product Costings. Investigate the most cost- effective manufacturing processes, setup costing sheets and implement.

Suitable Candidate must haves Own personal Transport minimum 3 years experience in Software. Development/Programming. Good Business sense. Good Understanding of manufacturing and at least. 3 years working experience in manufacturing company. Worked in management position. OHS experience will be favourable. ISO implementation will be favourable. Matric. Communicate clearly in English. Computer Literate, (MS Office). Minimum of 3 years relevant and specific experience. Detailed CV with traceable references and supporting certificates. Diploma or documented progress toward a tertiary qualification Strong Work Ethic with diligence, integrity and responsibility, no clock watchers. Candidates from a manufacturing background will get preference. All successful candidates are subject to qualification, credit, narcotics, criminal and aptitude test.
