Casual Medical Receptionist, Yorkeys Primary Care Centre, Cairns & Far North. We are currently seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our General Medical Practice in Yorkeys Knob Cairns.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organised, a team player, reliable and patient focused. Experience in Medical Reception and Best Practice is preferred. This position is casual, approx. 20hrs. per week, with view to permanency. You will be responsible for General front desk reception and administration. Handling of incoming calls. Booking appointments. Medicare and Private billing. Assisting Doctors by making telephone calls, scanning, photocopying etc., as requested or required Desirable skills and attributes; Warm, caring, empathetic attitude Exceptional Customer service skills.

Team Player Strong Written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate computer skills. Ability to multi task and prioritise. Attention to detail. Flexibility to cover for staff on leave.
