The ideal candidate will have graduated from a Legal Administrative Assistant program and have a minimum of two years of experience in litigation, preferably in plaintiff’s personal injury. Experience with PC Law and spoken fluency in Punjabi are required for this position. The successful candidate will also need to be proactive, have superb attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English and have the ability to multi-task priorities.
Receptionist/Office Administrator
This role requires a candidate who can present a positive first impression of the firm by providing professional, efficient and prompt service to clients, lawyers and staff. In addition to receptionist duties, this position includes the day to day management of the office and some bookkeeping responsibilities. The successful candidate must possess the following qualities: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, professional appearance and solid computer skills. Experience with PC Law is required for this position. Spoken fluency in Punjabi is an asset.
