Property Administration - Commercial Portfolio Manager. Location City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type Full-Time, Salaried position - not commission based. Private Property Group based in central Cape Town, owning a large Commercial and Industrial property portfolio, requires an experienced Commercial Portfolio Manager.

Duties include: Identifying new tenants through our own marketing, as well as through liaison with  external commercial leasing brokers. Meeting prospective tenants at premises to be let. Lease renewals with existing tenants.

Requirements: Experience in Commercial / Industrial Property Leasing. A strong ability in marketing and communication is crucial. Ability to deal confidently with tenants. An understanding of Property Maintenance and Facilities Management an advantage. Degree or Diploma an advantage. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite. Drivers License and own transport essential.
