Receptionist/Administration, Toyota Dealership, Bairnsdale & Gippsland. Turnbull Toyota is a family owned business that has been operating for over 55 years in Gippsland. This is a full time position.
Job tasks and responsibilities: The main responsibility of the Receptionist is to provide first class customer service for anyone visiting our Dealership. Greeting them in a friendly and professional manner while acting as an ambassador of the Dealership amongst the wider community.
Telephone reception, Provide administration support, Contribute to building a positive team spirit, Full training will be provided to the successful applicant. Skills and experience. Our Receptionist must be warm, welcoming, happy, enthusiastic and passionate. representing the "Oh What a Feeling!" quality service that is Turnbull Toyota.
Well presented Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication skills. A friendly, professional manner Good organisational skills. Computer literate together with good written and verbal communication skills
The successful applicant must be a permanent resident and be willing to undertake a National Police.
