Accounts Administrator, Location: Somerset West, Helderberg, Job Type: Part-Time, We are a fast growing, medium sized commercial property company with a commercial property portfolio in the Western Cape.  We are looking for a self-disciplined, mature person with excellent administration skills to administer our accounting and property management systems on a part time basis. Our company has a strong focus on values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and responsibility.

The minimum requirements for the position is an accounting qualification at least 7 years’ experience in accounts, accounting or a related field. Skills in accounting, MS Excel and property administration are key.

Key performance areas include invoicing capturing of financial and other data and transactions and supplier liaison and customer liaison regarding. Invoices and payments. Current business systems include. MDA Property Manager, Pastel and Excel. The appointment would initially be for one day a week on a one year contract basis with the possibility for full-time employment. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
