Front of House & Events Manager, Location: Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs, Job Type: Full-Time. The above Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the Restaurant and Organising and executing Parties & Events. This position is for a vibrant, well-groomed Lady, bilingual in both Afrikaans & English.
Responsibilities: Manage a Team of FOH Staff including, scheduling, Training and General supervision. Ensure all opening & Closing Duties are correctly done and cleanliness and maintenance are maintained. Providing Excellent Customer Service to guests and excellent leadership to employees. Enforce and Monitor all Health, safety and sanitation standards. Handle Customers complaints according to provided Guidelines. Work closely with Back of House to provide a seamless Experience. Organizing & Executing Parties & Events. Greet and Interact with all Parties & Event Guests. Prepare Party Setups Organize and Collect all party Billing information and drop in safe. Promote upcoming Events. Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements: At least One Year Experience in FOH Management. Must be and display Leadership Skills. Capable of Multi-Tasking and be organized, Admin driven. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to resolve issues successfully. Must be Computer Literate & know Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel,Powerpoint, ect). Must be able to work shifts and Weekends. Own Reliable Transport & Licence. Knowledge of Basic Marketing. Self-motivated, Target Driven and be able to work unsupervised.
