IT Software Development Client Services Manager, Location: Other, Johannesburg, IT Software Development Client Services Manager/Account Manager- Life Insurance OR Financial lending Industry experience– JHB. Software Development qualification OR Bcom related qualification in IT software. Must have experience in Software Systems development and of the full Life Cycle and Project Management of the software systems processes in the Group Life. Insurance or Financial lending Industries and related products, processes and software business systems is essential. Experience in Client service management in this industry. Agile experience essential. Automation regression testing experience needed 1st line Client support. Client relationship management. Verify all tasks by performing full software systems integration testing prior to deployments to Client environments. Manage all deployments (i.e. hotfixes, patches, releases)

Manage all data fixes and systems and configuration (using DCR Framework) including regression software testing at the Clients premises.

Project Manage over team that do the regression testing, software test scenarios and software test cases classification, prioritisation, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments maintained and documented Release management and configuration. Must have a driver’s license and own transport essential. Be able to start immediately is a bonus. R25 000 - R50 000 per month package offered -which is full cost to company.
