Temp Administrator Required: Financial Services Experience - Immediate Start
Applicants are required to have previous administrative financial services experience and/or be a part-qualified company secretary.
Duties will include:
General Administration to support secretarial and client services department
Preparation of Board Books for clients to tight client deadlines in preparation for board meetings
Maintenance of a client document tracking tool in order to allow the team to actively manage document completion deadlines
Relationship development with business units in order to maximise access to documents signers and meet the needs of internal business units
Management and filing of statutory documents in the Companies Registration Office
Maintenance of statutory books and registers
Co-ordinating of foreign filings for clients
Maintaining a database of filing of important client documentation
Preparation and delivery of letters to Directors of clients
Preparation, co-ordination and delivery of legal documents for local and foreign market requirements.
Process management of documents that require notarising
Due to restructuring this company MAY be in a position to offer more long term/permanent contracts to suitable applicants.
