Location, Hermanus, Overberg, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Contracts Manager / Junior Accountant: Communicate with clients regarding service contracts and increases. Invoicing, capturing payments, preparing statements and follow up on overdue debtor's accounts.
Asset Management: Compile and maintain asset lists and vehicle registers. Insurance claims and other admin relating to assets, vehicles and equipment.
Other Duties: Assist the finance team with general bookkeeping duties. Assist with processing of creditors invoices. Assist with preparation of information for the annual audit by external auditors. Negotiate prices with suppliers and assist with price checking.
Requirements: Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Accounting will be an advantage. 2- 5 years relevant experience. Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Xero). Pastel Accounting software. Excellent Afrikaans & English communication skills. Detail orientated. Work efficiently under pressure. Own transport. Deadline driven.
