Operations Manager wanted R20k per month, Mitchell's Plain, Cape Flats. Company Name: SHELL/SPAR.

REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years experience in the fuel industry or 6+ management experience in retail. Strong attention to detail, highly numerate. Winbranch POS system experience advantageous. SIGMA (SPAR) back office experience advantageous. Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel). Proficient in the English Language. Xhosa as additional language advantageous. Deadline and Result orientated. BE PROACTIVE. Organized, methodical, accurate, and analytical.

Conflict resolution skills: No Criminal record ( vetting will be done ). Highly flexible in performing a variety of duties. Demonstrated ability to work independently, and in a team environment. Ability to work under pressure where required. Own personal transport. Preferably Southern Suburbs / Mitchells Plain area. Working hours: 6 day week. Standby for after-hours emergencies.

Position available immediately (provisional), training will be provided.
