Requirements: Matric. Must have Contact/ Call Centre experience. Must have supervisory experience. Business or Management qualification.
Responsibility: The successful candidate will be required to perform / manage the following: Responsible for a team of 4 staff. Responsible for handling A-Rated / larger/corporate clients. Management Reporting. Salary: R 12 – 15 000.00 dependent on experience.
