About The Role: We are looking for someone who is obsessed with customer experiences based on respect, integrity and transparency. We play as a team and win, we work hard but also likes to have a laugh. It is imperative that you enjoy working with a group of like-minded individuals who are supportive of each other whilst working towards achieving great things together.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders using Print IQ, consignment management, and frequent communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.  

What Will You Be Doing? Handling inbound & outbound client enquiries via phone and email. Following-up internal and external enquiries. Managing and escalating client enquiries. Achieving set OKRs while maintaining excellent quality. Identifying and reporting trends in customer enquiries. Looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Mentoring /assisting new employees when required.

About You: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. A passion for customer service with an excellent friendly phone manner and verbal communication skills. A strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering results and completion of tasks. An ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment. Confident manner in dealing with difficult and challenging customers at time. 2 + years experience in the Print industry. Willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience. Exceptionally organised, capable of planning and problem solving. Competent with MS Excel and G suite. A hustler!
