Kitchen Manager – Chef, Location, Hermanus, Overberg, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Our client within the Gansbaai area needs a qualified Kitchen Manager / Chef, who would be able to lead the Kitchen on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: Ensure that food is prepared and cooked according to the correct standards. Ensure quantities are consistent and in line with the agreed costing and all dishes are presented correctly. Ensure that the kitchen area is kept to a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times and that all statutory regulations including health and safety, hygiene and licensing requirements are upheld.
Requirements: Must have detailed knowledge of first-class food service. Must have experience of working in a similar role. Must have experience of managing and leading a team.
