About the role Focussed mainly in our Multiple Solutions business unit and reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide variety of P&C activities across the entire employee life cycle.

You will provide administration support to the P&C function to ensure the delivery of effective P&C initiatives. This will involve assisting in recruitment and selection, induction, coordination of training across the organisation; database management; coordination of events; WHS administration; and other general administrative support.

This position is based at Hillcrest, 3 days per week for a 6 month contract. What we’re looking for To be successful in this role, you will have 3+years’ experience providing administration support in a similar environment.

You will possess a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage high work volumes and to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are a must, with a high level of integrity and professionalism. You will have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, be flexible and have a willingness to learn and get the job done.

Essential Requirements: Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in HR, Management, Business or a related field. Current Police Check or relevant DCSI clearance.
