Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.
Responsibilities: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs. Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs. Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs. Manage training and development strategies. Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes. Oversee the preparation of reports. Hire, train and supervise staff. Oversee payroll administration. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews.
