What you'll do: Delivering high levels of service with a focus on client outcomes. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Develop and run leasing campaigns for vacancies in the existing property management portfolio, as required. Source and develop new business relationships. List and negotiate the sale and leasing of industrial, commercial and retail properties throughout Perth's metropolitan markets.

Develop, co-ordinate and execute marketing campaigns. Build strong working relationships with fellow team members and external stakeholders. Promote the Altegra brand within the market

What we're looking for: Track record in sales and/or leasing in the property sector. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. Previous sales training and sales negotiation experience. Excellent time management. Self-starter, able to work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability. Ability to proactively meet and exceed KPI's / targets and deadlines

Qualifications & Experience: Valid Sales Representative Registration certificate is essential. Valid WA driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle.

You will be based at our office at Level 7, 12 St Georges Terrace in Perth, with parking provided; this location gives you direct access to the entire metropolitan area, along with opportunity to access regional districts if the need arises.
