Rawson Commercial Cape Metropole is looking for a Highly Motivated Commercial and Industrial Property Broker who is wanting to grow with a TOP NATIONAL BRAND. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and competitive team player, who, ideally has an excellent understanding of the property industry or a proven sales track record, together with a drive to grow and develop their career within the Commercial / Industrial Property Sector.

Requirements: Solid external sales experience. Self-motivated and highly disciplined individual. Good interpersonal, administrative, organisational and communication skills. Property sales / leasing experience is required. Negotiating skills are essential to be successful in this industry. Computer literate. Reliable transport, own laptop and Smartphone.

The Position: Leasing and Sales of Commercial and Industrial Properties. Canvass for new business and generate leads through the company's marketing platforms. Canvassing of Tenants, Property Owners / Landlords and Managing Agents. Set up appointments and viewings with Clients. Service existing client base. Source new sales and leasing stock. Manage and build up a qualified database and become a specialist in your dedicated area.

We Offer: On the job training. Commercial marketing course. Market related commission on a sliding scale (The more you sell/lease, the greater your commission percentage). This is a commission based opportunity, however, we offer a petrol and cell phone allowance for the first six months.
