Shipper-Receiver
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Day
Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Forklift Operator Certification
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Manufacturing plant, Warehouse
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Inventory control software, Internet browser
Type of Equipment: Pallet lifters, Lift trucks and fork-lifts, Dollies and hand trucks
Weight Handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs)
Type of Operation: Manual inventory control, Computerized inventory control, Handling of raw materials
Specific Skills: Assemble containers and crates, Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, Maintain internal record-keeping system, Record shortages and discard damaged goods, Route goods to appropriate storage areas, Pack goods to be shipped, Unpack goods received, Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, Oversee loading and unloading of goods, Supervise material handlers and helpers
