Stock Administrator - part time. The Business: Renowned in the industry for their quality products and service, our client supply premium products to the commercial market working closely with some of Australia’s most successful contractors and designers. The Opportunity: This role will suit someone with a background in stock management, importing, inventory planning and liaison with warehousing and customs. The role will be offered on a permanent basis in St. Kilda, approximately 32 hours per week Mon – Fri.
The Responsibilities: Compile container orders and liaise with customs and freight forwarders. Forecast and assess stock levels for ordering requirements and allocation. Record all shipping documentation and coordinate entire import process. Purchase order management. Maintain wholesale client files. Update and maintain various spreadsheets and other administrative tasks as required.
The Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Importing and customs. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
