We are looking for an experienced call centre Manager, but not just any manager, a fearless, ambitious, determined sales Driven leader who will take our team to the next level, push sales and motivate The team consistently! A leader who meets expectations and targets, comes to us With ideas and solutions, always thinking ahead As skilled Call Centre manager you would be required to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role will be required to support, development, performance of the Call Center which includes the Quality and Customer quality Sales. You are required to be organised, reliable and results driven with the practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and make improvements.
As a market leader in our industry, we generate our own leads through national advertising in leading publications. Our call centre does not do cold calling. All our clients have enquired for a needs driven product which they require and are interested in purchasing. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing and training the call centre staff and mentoring them so that they can achieve their set targets. As we cover the whole of South Africa, it will be vital to your success to manage the leads and database so as to tend to the clients that have enquired for our products in a timeous yet cost effective manner.
Minimum Requirements: Min. 3 yrs Successful proven track record of managing/leading outbound call centre. (Sales). Debt Counselling knowledge and sale campaigns *an advantage. Experience within the Telecommunications industry and dialer management systems. Experience in management of inbound/outbound sales & service operations. Hands on management style. Proven ability of team development. Sound commercial understanding. Effective change manager with ability to lead a growing team. Fluent in English and 1 other language with Grade 12 min. Own vehicle.
SALARY Basic; R240k+Uncapped commission on monthly targets + share scheme + medical aid/pension + monthly incentives.
