Ideally you should have a minimum of 6 months related Call Centre experience, but if you are a graduate with Metric Moths Literacy, have a good attitude, good communication and people skills, and have what it takes, your application may be considered. You should also have good telephone etiquette, and objection handling skills. Previous Insurance knowledge advantageous. Fluent in written and spoken English. Practice good time management. Good team player. Customer focused. Accurate date capturing skills.
