Practice Manager/Bookkeeper, Kozman Pty Ltd, An experienced full-time Practice Manager and proficient Bookkeeper required for a non-corporate medical General Practice located in Balcatta.

This dynamic position requires a self-motivated individual who is able to manage and lead a small team. Key tasks: Bookkeeping using MYOB. Management of general day-to-day practice operations. Managing office staff, their rosters and recruitment. Supporting the medical staff with effective patient services. Display initiatives to continually improve operations and patient services.

Criteria: Experience in bookkeeping is ESSENTIAL. Previous management experience in leading a small team. Strong customer service skills. Excellent time management. High level of computer literacy.

Have the ability to develop strategies for optimized organic media engagement by creating and publish relevant and engaging content is desirable. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse and growing centre. Police Clearance required.
