Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment. Schedule appointments and manage patient records. Assist the orthodontist with administrative tasks and practice growth initiatives. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment sterilization. Provide exceptional chairside assistance during patient consultations and procedures. Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and aftercare. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail sales or client-centric role. Passion for helping people achieve their dream smiles. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Benefits: Casual position working two days per week (Thursday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.). Competitive salary and benefits package.
