There is an exciting new career opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the QLD Security Division. This opportunity will see working on their client site at Mount Isa Mine, where you will support a team of security technicians.
The Opportunity: This is a Permanent, Full Time opportunity where you will work closely with the companies Site Manager and Technicians to ensure all site compliance and security responsibilities are maintained for the site. This opportunity is best suited to a confident administrator who is comfortable working autonomously.
Day to day responsibilities will include: Management of site service / maintenance works to be completed, including raising job orders and coordinating technicians. Purchase of materials and procurement of plant required to deliver works. Preparation of monthly reporting, invoicing, billings and progress claims for current projects. Assisting with collation of employee time sheets and preparation for payroll. Maintain and co-ordinate information for job files (electronic and hard copy), ensuring that all documentation is recorded as per company processes. Proactively maintain company, employee and vehicle compliance requirements across the site. General administrative support functions for the site.

The Candidate: The successful candidates for these type of positions will be highly organised, process driven and meticulous in their work output. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for your success, you will also demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes: Previous employment within a similar role, or administrative environment Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to plan, prioritise and multitask whilst working to tight deadlines Strong attention to detail, exceptional computer skills, data entry skills. High level of time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with clients, management, subcontractors and service technicians.
