Job Responsibilities: Should have good experience in handling day to day office operations. Should have good working experience with Top Management. Preparing reports, handling emails and providing support to Manager as required. Development & Organize filling system and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system. Ability to work in diverse industries and experience a wide variety of company cultures. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports/letters as assigned. Prepare correspondence and stuff mails & coordinator office management activities. Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly. Prepare agenda for Meeting and preparing minutes of the meeting.

Minimum Qualification Requirement: Proven 3 years of experience as a personal assistant. Degree in business administration or relative field. Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques. Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities. Integrity and confidentiality. In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as the technical vocabulary of the relevant industry. Excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
