We are now looking for a Store Manager who shares in the same love of their products, who will be able to create an inviting environment for all customers. We are looking for an exceptional candidate, not your average run-of-the-mill Store Manager. We are looking for people with passion, who will share in the experience with the customer and embrace the quirkiness.
Your New Role: Create an immersive environment for your customers. Achieve and exceed KPI's and budgets. Maintain store standards and presentation. Support team development and product knowledge.
The Perfect Candidate is: MUST have previous retail/hospitality management experience. Commercially astute. Passionate about driving exceptional customer experiences. Committed to personal and team development.
