Store Manager - Mossel Bay Location, Mosselbaai, Eden, Job Type Full-Time. My client is looking for a mature person with good retail and management experience to manage a retail outlet in Mossel Bay

Requirements: Grade 12, Business related tertiary qualification would be an advantageous. Minimum 3 - 5 years retail and/or management experience. Must be computer literate. Strong leadership skills. Management abilities. Good planning and time management skills. Must be good at organizing and control. Decision making and problem solving skills. Good communication skills.

Responsibility Duties: Increase sales by ensuring good customer service, maintenance of the store image, presentation and promotion of stock, stock management and correct pricing of products. Ensure stock loss is minimised through compliance with security measures, stock and cash handling procedures. Drive a low cost business according to company standards. Ensure administrative duties within the store are in accordance with company guidelines. Management of team through training, coaching and performance management of team members while maintaining the company culture. Salary: R9 000 – R 12 000(use full job title as a reference).
