Italian Technical Support Analyst Location Century City, Cape Town Job Type Full-Time We are looking for energetic team players with excellent communication and technical skills to handle customer service inquiries related to all Security Services products. The ideal candidate will be service driven offering customers a world-class experience. Working alongside Marketing, product and engineering teams to share customer feedback for better improvements. CRM skills a must, along with Italian Language: (Candidates must be legally allowed to work in SA) must have done technical support work in an it /customer services environment. Knowledge of SSL certificates ideal. Basic understanding of internet principles, terminology, and functionality; Familiarity with website/web server admin a strong plus.
Hours : 8-5pm or 9-6pm Mon to FridayR20 000 plus 50% medical aid and provident paid , bonus, study all OF R90K PER ANNUM and + + + Great co , with great offerings
