We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our Helpdesk team; you’ll be the voice of ISP Africa. You will join a dynamic team of problem solvers whose main goal is to interact with customers through phone calls and emails to resolve their technical issues and to provide high level customer service.
Requirements: Grade 12/Standard 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable on the phone and direct customer support. Identifying Networking related issues. Understanding of PPPOE, DNS, WIFI. Experience in using Remote desk, previous support experience preferable. Connectivity Support Knowledge (Wireless, Fibre and VOIP). Shift work required (will include weekends). 2+ years’ experience working for an ISP in a helpdesk role advantageous.
