Weigh Bridge Clerk, Location, Germiston, East Rand, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. Transport Company based in Germiston, Gosforth Park is looking for a Weighbridge Clerk(Vehicle Tracking Controller) to join the Closed Network Division on our Client's premises.

Min Qualifications: Transport Industry Experience - Min 1 Years, Tracking Software Experience - Min 1 Year (Trackmatic a MUST), Excel Spreadsheets / Calculations - Min 2 Years, Reliable Transport, No Criminal Record.

Job Overview: Weighing of all Vehicles Out of Yard-Reporting Over weighed Vehicles accordingly, Dealing with Health and Safety Checks as well as Security Checks (Licences, PPE and Paperwork Checks), Tracking, Monitoring and updating Reports on 50+ Vehicles, Follow Up On Tracking Alerts, Allocation of Driver/Vehicle on Route, Monitoring Driver KPI's on Trackmatic-escalating any queries and delays timeously, Authorisation Stops, Sleep Outs and Pallet Control, Dealing with On Route Breakdowns, On Route Fuelling Authorisations and Fuel Consumption Calculations, Confirming Booking Times, Driver  Incidents, Accidents and or Hi-Jacking Response, Escalations on Vehicle/Driver Delays with Customer and Managing Teams, Customer Queries, Administration, Debriefing of Drivers, Relieving Fuelling Clerks, Jnr Managers and Loading Clerks when required.

Reports to: Business Unit Manager/Jnr Managers, Hours: 12 Hour Shifts (3 Days - 3 Night and 3 Days Off), Starting Salary: R 8000.00 within Probation Period (3 Months). Assure Copy Of Licence, ID, Certifications and Reference Letters should they be available.
