Requirements include: Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans. Basic computer skills. Ability to operate independently. 2 - 5 Years of Customer Care Supervisory Call Centre experience and telesales and cold calling. Hard worker and target orientated. Have a clear credit and criminal record.

Duties include: Supervise and coordinate activities of telesales employees. Delivering training to employees. Handling customers complaints and enquiries. Ensuring the team meets the sales targets. Disciplined use of CRM system. Monitoring random calls for quality assurance. Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth. The successful candidates must be available within two weeks or less. Basic salary plus commission.
