A Banking Company is seeking 7 Receptionist &13 Customer service consultants/Call centre. The successful candidates will be responsible for a multi-line switchboard as well as the reception area,greeting walk-in clients.

Provide an elevated level of client service to investors, intermediaries and financial advisers contacting the company. Responsible for all telephonic and written enquiries related to the wide array of products on offer including and not limited to Unit Trusts and Retirement Annuities. (Mon-Fri: 08:30 - 16:30) Plenty of growth opportunity

Requirements: Well spoken and have the ability to build relations with clients. Friendly and well presented. Computer Literate. Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans). Excellent telephone etiquette plus. Matric qualification, ITC & criminal clear. Customer service experience an advantage. Immediate start
